HB 25                                                                                             
The Speaker waived the Finance Committee referral for the following                                 
at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                                                
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 25                                                                               
    "An Act relating to health care decisions, including do not                                     
    resuscitate orders and the donation of body parts, and to powers of                             
    attorney relating to health care, including the donation of body                                
    parts; and providing for an effective date."                                                    
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
HB 25 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                    
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
